George's Simul

Thank you to George Scola who organised a rolling 6-board simultaneous match this week. 

George - Year 11 - is a coach and mentor to many of the juniors.

Jacob's draw in the final game to finish gave the rotating CJCC team a 9.5/8.5 victory.

On the demo board, Ethan showed Legal's Mate while Digby and Joshua shared some lines in the Stafford Gambit.

Juniors of all ages sharing their skills is part of the ethos of the club and benefits everyone.

November CJCC Chess

Dyuthi was part of a London Womens Chess Club team that played at the House of Parliament this week against their chess team (and won her two games).
