Club Morning Sat 24th October and Club News

It was great to be able to congratulate all our tournament players from last weekend.

William, Shervin, Ani (at the front) and Riansh bought in their trophies while Terafinalist Joshua (in the shades) had his presentation medal.

We looked at one of Joshua's checkmates with the older players.

Some of our younger players are in action above including the battle of the trophy winners.

It is always nice to welcome new players to the club. This week it was Maria, Dominic, Brian, Kevin, Jion and Jival.

Shervin in Year 7 - https://lichess.org/@/GoodBoyGambit - gave an eloquent and enthusiastic speech to the older players about becoming an official lichess streamer.
